Vineyard Details The "Les Fuées" vineyard spans 71 ares (1.75 acres) along the southern edge of the Bonnes Mares appellation, situated on the upper slopes just north of Chambolle village. Planted in 1960, this parcel yields small, well-spaced, deeply colored grapes with thick skins. The term "Les Fuées" is a classic Burgundian expression meaning "the area a man can cultivate in a single day."
Producer Tasting Notes This terroir stands out among Chambolle-Musigny Premier Crus for its distinctive character. Unlike the village’s other areas, it features a less floral bouquet with a pronounced mineral and earthy quality, contrasting with the Chambolle “Villageâ€?appellation and Les Amoureuses. The primary aromatic notes are blackberries and blueberries. On the palate, it offers a robust, full-bodied structure with a direct and impactful entry.
