2015 Pertaringa The Yeoman Shiraz 750ml

The Yeoman represents the pinnacle of each exceptional vintage, such as the 2015 Shiraz or future varietals chosen judiciously. The 2014 winter was unusually wet, followed by a dry period with high temperatures until January. The 2015 harvest, delayed to late January, produced superb red and white wines.

Its bouquet reveals concentrated aromas of plums, black cherries, apricots, and smoky tobacco. The palate boasts a harmonious balance, presenting intense flavors of plums, liquorice, and cloves, complemented by fine tannins and a lingering toasty finish.
