Oracle is Kilikanoon’s flagship wine, released every year since 1998. It is typically a dense, full-bodied wine with generous black fruit and plentiful ripe grainy tannins supported by toasty oak. The fruit is sourced from select parcels of low yielding Shiraz vines in the Golden Hillside vineyards. Traditional vinification is employed; the wine is basket pressed and matured for 24 months in new and one year old French hogsheads.
