TASTING NOTE:

This Shiraz is rich and balanced with white pepper spice, dark fruits and well integrated oak. It is a wonderfully round, complex wine that has all the hallmarks of a classic Australian Shiraz.

WINEMAKER’S NOTE:

From our northern block in Wrattonbully. Aged in predominately older oak to ensure the richness of fruit is preserved and minimal tannin is absorbed.

VINTAGE NOTE:

A cool growing season and above average rainfall lead to a mild growing season. Fortunately the rain cleared enough to harvest the Shiraz with a great balance of spice and ripeness. It is a vintage of elegance and soft tannins, returning to a more traditional vintage.
