2019 produced one of the best ripening periods at our Mt. Eliza Estate vineyard. Resulting in a rich Sauvignon Blanc that demonstrates an abundance of citrus, gooseberries and tropical flavours with a crisp and refreshing finish. A classic wine that balances varietal characteristics, fruit weight and elegance.
