The 2021 Autumn Harvest Riesling was harvested from premium fruit grown on block 5 of our Estate. The wine is a pale straw colour, with a light green hue. There are enticing aromatics of honeysuckle, jasmine and lemon zest. The palate displays vibrant citrus fruits that are accompanied by notes of sherbet and pink lady apple. Lively taut acidity provides structure and a lovely balance to the wine’s sweetness.
