Award tasting note: (2014 vintage) "Round juicy citrus and apple, quite heady and textural, but always maintains classic Chablis tension" - Silver, International Wine Challenge
This is quite delicious with energy and mouth feel providing nice tension and pleasure. It's an impressive wine and a top notch bargain too. It starts with citrus blossom, clove spice and bright white stone fruits before opening up to layers of apple and lemon wrapped up in a stony and steely frame along with wet river rocks and a saline edge. It displays beautiful restraint and vibrancy whilst being sleek and rewarding.
At various competitions this wine has been awarded a couple of awards: the International Wine Challenge awarded the 2014 Silver and the Guide Hachette des Vins awarded the 2020 vintage 1 star.
One of the most expensive white wines from Petit Chablis (top 10). Over the past three years the price has been moving upwards.
