This Shiraz is from Hilltops district, Young New South Wales, from Vintage 2021 marked by cool summer and regular rainfall, giving the wine a cool-climate elegance. It's beautifully balanced, with cherry flavors, integrated acidity and discrete tannin. A pure class wine.
