The 2021 Eden Hall Springton Shiraz is deep crimson-red, with white pepper over savoury black olive on the nose. A full-bodied wine with a broad palate of chewy black fruits and nougat following through to silky soft tannins wrapped in fruit sweetness. So hard to put down, but can be cellared with confidence.
