Grown on the old cattle holding yards and hand-picked from the old vines at our Slaughterhouse Paddock Vineyard, this wine is made to reflect the power and richness of Heathcote Shiraz. Ripe, robust and generously flavou this beautifully crafted shiraz offers an infusion of dark berry fruits and cedary oak-derived spices. Subtle hints of black pepper and dark chocolate further assist the palate, creating mouthfeel and viscosity. At the heart of this wine is a concentrated mocha driven core that is supported by gentle tannins creating a truly memorable wine.
