Our LuLu Shiraz vineyard, named after my wife Louise, enjoys an exceptional location at the southern tip of the Barossa Valley. Here, it is nestled between the peaks of Eden Valley and the northern reaches of the Adelaide Hills, where cold night air often ushers in foggy mornings during ripening season. Planted on a gentle slope of well-drained sandy-loam over gravel, our Shiraz undergoes extended fermentation at low temperatures and is aged in seasoned French oak. This process imbues our wine with cool climate elegance and freshness, showcasing the best of Australia's premier variety.
