The wine displays a bright, pale hue with subtle green reflections. Its classic Chablis nose reveals fresh lemon accented by delicate mineral notes. The palate is vibrant and taut, with pronounced intensity and clear, fresh aromas. Crafted from vines aged 20 to 50 years, it undergoes a 15-day alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel, followed by malolactic fermentation in the same tanks. Best enjoyed for its refreshing character.
