Brilliant very pale straw colour with distinct highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Zesty grapefruit, nectarine and green apple aromas mix with roasted almond and gun flint notes. Energetic pear, green apple and grapefruit flavours are layered across the elegant palate with subtle biscuity oak evident on the fresh gun flint infused finish. Lively acidity with good depth to the long finely textured conclusion.

Perfect green tinted colour and a sure sign of careful fruit and then oak management. Aroma is more pineapple/ citrus, then full on tropical coupled with toasted cashew notes from the French oak. Grapefruit pith and white nectarine carry through for a long finish. A fine textured palate with bright lime and citrus acidity. A Modern Australian Chardonnay at its best.
