The grapes for this wine are processed in a classic way. First, maceration takes place, followed by alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. In this way, a fresh fruitiness is preserved, which is particularly lush in the 2020 vintage.
Even in the smell, the wine shows a soft, fruity aroma. The taste unfolds finely spicy aromas of pickled fruits, sweet cherries and morello cherries. Everything is very harmoniously rounded off with fine, balanced tannins. For Bordeaux wines, this red wine has a very modern fruitiness that makes it unique.
