TASTING NOTES:
The 2022 Carnival of Love Shiraz bursts with energy and character. It opens with vibrant raspberry and cherry aromas, accompanied by a hint of aniseed spice. On the palate, rich red fruit flavors mingle with notes of coffee, coconut, and deep plum. Layers of chocolate and spice add complexity, making this McLaren Vale Shiraz a truly celebratory wine.
TECHNICAL NOTES:
The grapes were sourced from the Gateway vineyard in McLaren Vale. The wine was barrel fermented and aged in 100% new American oak. The required Marquis Fruit Weight�for the Love Series is 85% �95%, and the 2022 Carnival of Love achieved an Actual Fruit Weight of 89%.
