Although this wine has some residual sugar at 112g/L, the flavour of the 2021 Golden Duck is beautifully balanced between sweetness, natural acidity and richness from alcohol. This wine is a delight, and a perfect match for cheese on a warm summer night. Serve slightly chilled. The 2021 Golden Duck will be at its very best over the next 5 years.
