The latest creation from the team at L.A.S. Vino, this Chardonnay is crafted with hand-picked fruit that is cold-pressed as whole bunches. The grapes are sourced from three Margaret River vineyards located in Willyabrup, Metricup, and Treeton, featuring a blend of 90% Gin-Gin and 10% Clone 3. Fermentation and maturation take place in barriques (5% new), with partial malolactic fermentation and fortnightly lees stirring before blending and bottling.
