Our LuLu Sauvignon Blanc vineyard, named after my wife Louise, is strategically located on one of the Adelaide Hills' highest and coolest slopes, renowned as Australia’s top Sauvignon Blanc region. The combination of clay soils, ample rainfall, and a cool climate in the Adelaide Hills provides optimal conditions for flavor development while maintaining natural acidity. We exclusively use free-run juice, vinified at low temperatures and settled by gravity. Absolutely no preservatives are introduced during vineyard cultivation or winemaking, with only the bare minimum added during bottling to ensure a secure and enduring future for the wine.
