60% whole bunch fermented; 40% whole berry. Blended and bottled young to capture its vibrancy as a spring pinot. Made with Cru Beaujolais as an inspiration.Picked in the red fruit spectrum. Unfined, vegan friendly, minimal filtration. Minimal preservatives added.
