2024 By Farr Rising Chardonnay 750ml

The fruit is carefully hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed. Following a natural fermentation process, the wine matures in barrels for 11 months before bottling.  

In the glass, it hints at a golden shimmer—an inviting and generous first impression. The nose offers subtle aromas of yellow apple, a touch of pepper, white chocolate, celery leaf, dried mango, and baking spices. It may sound like an exaggeration, but these fleeting notes appear like flashes of light slowly revealing a form.  

On the palate, the flavors become clearer. The apple evolves into white peach, the spicy notes provide a refined edge, and the harmony between acidity and fruit weight lingers beautifully. Ultimately, it delivers what great wine should—balance, intrigue, and an irresistible desire for another sip.
