Nav Singh and Louise Radman are the visionary team behind Domaine Simha, an innovative wine label (and Süd Polaire for spirit enthusiasts). They brilliantly highlight Tasmania's unique terroir by partnering with select growers in the Derwent, Huon, and Coal River Valleys. Operating as a micro-batch producer, they craft only a handful of barrels for each cuvée. Guided by the lunar calendar, they harvest on fruit and flower days. In the winery, they employ large oak demi-muids and clay amphorae, with wines bottled unfined and unfiltered. The result? Wines that are vibrant, intriguing, deliciously textured, and exceptionally rare.
